Trapped in harrowing restless nights,
Caught and crucified within the horrors,
I saw such malice and unfathomable malevolence,
Crude ugliness and callous hatred,
Woeful shivers in the face of catatonic terror,
The gruesome sinews of life decaying slowly,
The grand cosmic spiderweb decomposing into eternity,
And lambs of the universe screaming,
Their frail souls morbidly marched to the gates of hell,
And sodden streets with grime clutching at our hearts,
The putrid stench of rotting flesh,
The carcass of love left hollow and ravaged,
Dejected mourners collapsing to their trembling knees,
Looming mountains of immortal plastic,
Fallen angels crawling through the wretched gutters,
Bleak howls of desolation and despair in the tormented dawn,
Nightmare sacrificial ceremonies of bloodshed and eternal tears,
Oceans of irrevocable sorrow,
The endless labyrinth of time,
Vivid illuminations in the melancholic moonlight,
A billion lonely eyes transfixed and hypnotised,
No fabled end in sight –
